Starlight Society currently ships within the European Union.
If additional regions become available, this will be communicated clearly on our website.
2. Processing Time
Each Starlight Society box is carefully prepared, and many items are personalized.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after order confirmation, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Typical delivery times within the EU range between 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Starlight Society cannot guarantee delivery dates.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees within the EU are included unless stated otherwise.
6. Delays & External Factors
Starlight Society is not responsible for delays caused by:
• postal or courier services
• customs inspections
• weather conditions
• strikes or service disruptions
• incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
These events are outside our control.
7. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Starlight Society is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Starlight Society is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
9. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or appropriate solution.
