2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, subscriptions, and agreements entered into via the Starlight Society website or related platforms.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Nature of the Products
Starlight Society offers interpretive, personalized guidance products based on personal birth data and timing cycles, translated into written and physical materials.
All products are interpretive and reflective in nature, intended for personal insight and self-exploration, and non-factual and non-scientific.
Content is offered for personal use only.
4. No Professional Advice
Starlight Society products and content do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
Nothing provided should be interpreted as a substitute for professional consultation.
You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations.
5. Personalization & Customer Responsibility
Certain products are personalized using information provided by the customer, including date, time, and place of birth.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of this information.
Starlight Society is not responsible for interpretations based on incorrect or incomplete data, or dissatisfaction arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
6. Orders & Subscriptions
By placing an order, the customer enters into a binding purchase agreement.
For subscription products, billing occurs according to the selected subscription plan. Subscriptions may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Already processed or shipped boxes cannot be canceled.
Starlight Society reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse.
7. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be adjusted at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. Starlight Society does not store payment information.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Starlight Society is not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs procedures, or force majeure events including supply chain disruptions.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
9. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Due to the personalized nature of Starlight Society products, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
Returns and refunds are therefore not accepted.
This exception is permitted under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify Starlight Society within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.
At our discretion, we will replace the affected item or provide an appropriate alternative solution.
Refunds are not issued for minor variations in color, texture, material, or natural characteristics.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starlight Society shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, emotional distress or dissatisfaction, outcomes resulting from personal interpretation of content, or decisions made based on provided guidance.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, text, symbols, cards, images, and materials are the intellectual property of Starlight Society.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, distribution, or adaptation is prohibited without prior written consent.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations and our Privacy Policy.
Personalization data is used solely for order fulfillment and is not sold or shared with third parties.
14. Product Variations & Modifications
Starlight Society reserves the right to modify product contents, update materials or designs, or adjust interpretations or formats, provided the overall value, intention, and nature of the product are preserved.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in The Netherlands.
